Registration and fees

The registration for the conference opens on 6 October 2025.

Fees

  • Early bird: 410 EUR (350 EUR plus 8.1% VAT, and admin fees).
    Early bird is valid until 20 October 2025
  • Regular: 500 EUR (425 EUR plus 8.1% VAT, and admin fees)
  • Student: 290 EUR (250 EUR plus 8.1% VAT, and admin fees)

The conference dinner on November 11th is available for an additional fee and can be selected during the registration process.
